Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "np999" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at np999.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon completion of the np999 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's np999 Account at any given time, including any applicable bonus funds separately labelled as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, match bonus amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using approved payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by np999 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to np999 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or np999 policy.

By accessing np999, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with np999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of np999 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. np999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address on file.

To register and maintain an Account with np999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. np999 enforces strict age verification and will not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are a human individual acting in your personal capacity. Registrations by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing np999 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of np999 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account with np999 that was terminated for a breach of these Terms.

np999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on np999. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and preferred payment method. This information is used for KYC verification purposes.

KYC Verification

np999 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) may also be requested. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours during business days.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. np999 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must notify np999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All financial transactions on np999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). np999 does not apply any currency conversion spread or hidden exchange rate on PKR transactions.

Deposit Conditions

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request. np999 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and bank processing times. Weekend and public holiday processing times may vary.

np999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to conduct enhanced due diligence. Any withdrawal requests associated with suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or incomplete KYC will be held pending investigation.

np999 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated per promotion. Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the time window specified for the relevant promotion.
• np999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by the Player.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible Account. Duplicate registrations attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• np999 reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors.

All bets placed on np999 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets including cricket and PSL — are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits displayed at the time of wagering, in addition to the following general conditions.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by np999, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. Confirmation is indicated by the bet appearing in your transaction history.
• np999 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game logic. A "manifest error" is defined as an obvious and material mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. np999 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to any Account at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome or bet settlement, the result recorded by np999's server logs shall be considered definitive, subject to review by the np999 disputes team.
• For live sports betting markets, bets placed after an event concludes due to a technical delay will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on np999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with np999's platform in a manner not permitted for human players
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund an np999 Account (money laundering)
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits that were properly processed by np999
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at np999 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to np999's systems, databases, or other players' accounts

All content on np999 — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, game names, interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of np999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use np999 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any np999 content without prior written authorisation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any np999 software or games
• Use np999's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any commercial context without express written permission
• Create derivative works based on np999's proprietary content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, np999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

np999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. np999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

np999's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

np999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

np999 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and KYC verification
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via Pakistani payment systems
• Fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring
• Customer support communications
• Sending promotional communications where you have provided consent

Players may at any time request the following restrictions on their Account without requiring support team approval:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits over defined time periods
• Session time reminders at player-defined intervals
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Permanent self-exclusion with a minimum term of 6 months

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period has been activated, it cannot be shortened or removed before the selected period expires. np999 will honour all self-exclusion requests without exception and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

np999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure)

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than a material breach by the Player, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon closure resulting from a breach of these Terms.

np999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter Player rights or obligations — np999 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address on file. Minor amendments, such as clarifications or formatting changes, may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of np999 following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which np999 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through np999's internal complaint resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause shall limit np999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
